Day 10 - Refreshing

During these very hot days,
we're looking for cooling and refreshing drinks.
This is one of my favourites:
Cucumber, lemon slices and sliced ginger.
Put everything into a glass jar
and refrigerate.

Pour a glass to drink
and fill up the big jar again.
I usually keep my flavoured drinks for two days
and then make a new one, varying the flavours.
I use the ingredients in my salad or cooking afterwards.

The ingredients.

Try this refreshing drink and let me know how you like it!

  2. My favourite cold drink in Summer is herbal, flavoured white or fruit tea made in the morning and drunk when cooled down during the day, eventually with an icecube. Not very posh, but I like it...

    2. Sandra, I had to stop back in here to say, I tried this drink and love it! Refreshing is the perfect word to describe it. I never would have thought to add cucumbers to the mix, but I think they're the magic ingredient. Thanks for sharing the recipe!
