When life is in black and white
my thoughts turn to chocolate!
Writing out a new recipe and getting out my best quality dark chocolate!
Here is one of my favourite chocolate cookbooks too!
We know that dark chocolate (minimum 70% cocoa solids), releases
natural feel-good chemicals called endorphins in the brain!
Dark chocolate contains flavonoids which act as antioxydants
which protect the body from aging caused by free radicals.
So if you're feeling blue, get some good quality dark chocolate
take a square or two and let it melt slowly and deliciously in your mouth
and life will soon seem rosy again!

I'm glad you said that...I'm a chocoholic. The only thing that keeps me from completely over-indulging is the waistline.
ReplyDeleteChocolate is the 5th food group, you know.
ReplyDeleteLindt 70% is my all-around favourite, although Green & Black's Toffee Bar makes me pretty happy. :)

ReplyDeleteBeautiful Sandra, owning up to her relationship with chocolate. Love it!
ReplyDeleteHaha! However, I only love the best - and that means dark, good quality chocolate with a minimum of 70% cocoa solids. Two squares a day is the perfect amount!
