October's Whisperings

A puddle after rain
blue sky captured
A leaf framed

Bark and moss
provide a homely texture
for golden leaves aflutter

Copper leaves
dance against
the remnants of summer.

Hush!
Can you hear October's whisperings?

  4. Lovely whisperings, Sandra! I love the autumn colors -- your first image is very striking. We are having a heat wave, but the leaves are starting to turn anyway.

  17. Hi Sandra! First, I have to tell you your photography skills are unsurpassed! Just beautiful and stunning photos and a pleasure to look at. Second, where do you live in Switzerland? My husband worked in Lugano for a few years and among our travels, we spent a few days visiting Saint Moritz. What a beautiful country! Thanks for stopping by our blog and leaving a comment! Have a great week!
