Surrender
Presence
Flow
Follow the path before you
with simplicity.
As I bring my full attention to colour and form and flow
I enter and connect with these things on a vibrational level.
Have you ever noticed how different colours touch you differently?
These golden tones swirl around me like liquid sunshine
and the soft greens speak to me of new openings
and fresh beginnings
of moving forward in my life
in all that is important.
Your beautiful post has transported me into another place Sandra and I feel totally blessed by your exquisite photography and accompanying narrative! My thanks to you! Joy x
ReplyDeletePS I love daffodils but have never seen them so clearly before, especially the second pic entitled 'presence' - that green takes my breath away! Peace! x
Well, you've made my morning! Such a bright welcome to the day. Love the words you chose: surrender, presence, flow. I like the idea of the flowing path on the ruffly rim, too! Pure colors have such an effect on emotions. I loved your words and the vivid macros.
ReplyDeleteThank you!! for bringing spring into my day :)
ReplyDeleteBest Regards
Mariann
This beautiful yellow is welcome today. It's raining, windy and cold! I love the wrinkles in the green in the second photo! Such beautiful shapes!
ReplyDeleteJust exquisite, Sandra. I especially loved Presence. Haven't seen a daffodil stem in quite that way before.
ReplyDeleteThese are really beautiful compositions, Sandra.
ReplyDeleteI especially like the first two.
Have a wonderful week ahead!
Definitely liquid sunshine. Really lovely images. Abstracted but sensitive.
ReplyDeleteOoh LOVELY . . . I have 2 vases of 'liquid sunshine' in my living room at the moment.

ReplyDeleteBeautiful images and words, Sandra. That second image is just amazing! Yellow is not one of my favorite colors, but you make it look so lovely here. I like how you feel a vibrational connection. Sometimes I do too.
ReplyDeleteLove these photos Sandra! That yellow is so soothing and hopeful! The words about moving forward with simplicity are inspiring.

ReplyDeleteHugs x
Beautiful images Sandra, despite their almost abstract quality they totally capture the essence of daffodils.
ReplyDeleteHello Sandra, these are stunning shots of a daffodil, I love them all! Yellow is one of my favourite colours too such a lovely happy colour. Hope you are well! :))
ReplyDeleteOh yes, yellow certainly speaks to us of sunshine and spring! Nice macros, Sandra! I like the different designs that you've come up with.
ReplyDeleteSend me some spring, please! Snow here again yesterday :(
I too, am in the springtime spirit! As always, I love seeing your beautiful images!
ReplyDeleteI came to you via annie at knitsofacto and am stunned by your images. Fabulous. I am in a very yellow and uplifted mood this morning, perhaps as a result of a field full of daffodils!
ReplyDeleteJust poppin' in today for a minute to see what you're up to and enjoy your view of the world and your reflections. Internet is bad here in the Abacos but I try to use it when I can! These yellow images are works of art. And I know exactly what you mean by the vibrational power of colour. I feel the jolt of energy from this yellow. And I really feel most myself when surrounded by blue and green and turquoise like I am now, fortunately! take care and enjoy the spring...
