    Chocolate is said to lower blood pressure, increase the HDL (good cholesterol).

    Most recently, British researchers reporting finding that people get more of a buzz from eating chocolate than from a passionate kiss!

    I'm not sure what that says about the powers of seduction of the British! Hmmmm! Am I believing my thoughts?

    So finally, if you like chocolate, then eat it!
    The benefits are obtained only from dark chocolate (70% cocoa or more). A daily portion of 25 grams (1oz) a day seems reasonable and pleasurable. Might I say: Present moment perfection?
