Pilgrim

A pilgrim is someone who undertakes a journey
and discovers
the depths of his own soul along the way.

Continuing the study of words and images that seem to fit with my personal interpretation
and way of seeing things.

This spring scene taken not far from where I live
is uplifting to all those who are still experiencing snow flurries
like we are here!

    1. It just makes us want to be there, doesn't it? Well, just a little bit more patience until the snow flurries have worn themselves out!

  3. Aren't Spring colors just the best? Of course we say that about Fall also but love the spring green. A beautiful trail to walk Sandra and love the quote that goes so well with this. Have a wonderful weekend.

    1. Green is the colour of hope and renewal - it certainly makes us want to be there and soak it all in!

  7. So green and inviting, Sandra. I would like to explore that path and see where it leads. We continue in a melt/freeze cycle and no big snow storms. However, no green!

    1. We are getting choppy days here also, neither spring nor winter know if they're coming or going!

  8. Oh, I do love all these greens, Sandra.
Especially since it is still very cold and colorless here.
We're in for some nicer weather next week though!
    Have a wonderful weekend.

    1. Crazy up and down weather here too, Anna. Winter and spring are undecided as each one rises and falls and repeats the performance again and again!

  13. We are getting a taste of spring, though we expect more winter weather later in March. Love the pilgrim thought expressed under the photo!

    1. Welcome, Marcie! Our spring is also alternating with real winter weather. It does seem to be doing the same in lots of countries this year. Even the yellow forsythia is too scared to come out and bloom right now!

  15. Those beautiful greens just draw you into the scene -- how lovely to walk down that path. I hope you will be able to do that soon! We are having an early Spring, but now a river of rain is pelting all the blossoms....I can't complain, as we do need the water.
